Orders are sent through DHL Express 

FREE International Express Shipping on orders over US $350

International Express Shipping Rates:
• Asia - starts at US $40
• Australia & NZ - starts at US $45
• USA / Canada  - starts at US $45

Items will be delivered via DHL Express within 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are volume-based. Products size and details are on each page. Please, read it carefully. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be round up to the next full pound.

To minimise package size & shipping costs, the item may be rolled or folded. This does not affect the item permanently - just unroll, fold and remould to return to its original shape.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

  1. Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout.
  2. Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. MaplesSun has no control over these charges. Please refer to your country's government website for more information of those duties and fees.
  3. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
  4. Items become the property and responsibility of buyer once we ship them out. If an item is misplaced, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the given courier service. Refunds or replacements will not be given to products that go missing or are damaged in transit.
  5. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes/duties upon customs, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded but will exclude both return shipping fee and original shipping fee.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We are temporarily suspending product returns/exchanges due to the current situation we are in – and in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice, so please do make sure that your orders will be final upon checkout.


SALE ITEMS:
Items marked down are final and cannot be returned for a store credit or refund. Sample sale items are also final and cannot be returned for a store credit or refund.
